Hardscrabble Mountain Family Adventure

How to create super authentic and relaxed family session that is true to your family? This is how. Susan and Kenny love the wilderness, the mountains and exploring back roads. But with a baby and rescue dogs in tow, hiking in was no option. So we went on a drive into the White River National Forrest towards Hardscrabble Mountains. On this mild July evening, we found beautiful wild flowers blossoming along the road. The dogs loved the adventure! We stopped twice along the way for mountain views and flowers until we got to the top at the Sawmill Spur trail head. The timing was perfect to catch the soft light rays of the sunset, dogs running around playing catch, babies giggling and grown ups tasting the sweetness of life.
